Well spring is here, and its time to start getting the club ready for activities. Before we start announcements lets all wish Jim Campbell a speedy recovery from his recent heart surgery. Jim lets see you back at the club soon.

See the insert in this newsletter for the dates and times of the upcoming work parties. Hope to see a good showing at all the work parties.

I would like to thank P.C. Nancy Cameron and Jeff Thompson for their work to update our web site, more information to follow later on the website.

Installation Night was a great success, we had a good turnout. I would like to thank Sharon for helping with the setup, P.C, Nancy for taking Dan Shinkwin’s place as M.C. and Ray Nash for swearing in the officers. Marge Hoole did a nice job putting the flowers and burgees in the planters, which by the way folks the planters are not ashtrays. V.C.John Yarosh and John Murrin did an awesome job putting the new TV in its cabinet, and they did a great job painting the hall. Thanks to all of you.

I would like to thank everyone that attended the Met Invasion. We had a great turnout from Wessagussett and we all had a really fun time. It was really nice seeing some of our long time members returning.

The Mohegan Sun trip was enjoyed by all those that attended, but, I didn’t hear of any big winners or losers. Thanks Sharon it was a lot of work for you.

Move up night for the moorings is April 28th and to all of those coming why don’t you bring a copy of your insurance papers for Jeff Doughty or P.C. Bob Cameron. Remember you can’t put your boat in the water unless you have a sticker .Any questions call either one of them or me.

We are up-dating the email and phone numbers of all club members. If you haven’t sent yours in or if it’s incorrect please contact us with the proper information.
